I heard that from 2019, mbbs students abroad needs NEET qualification in order to come back and work in INDIA.

I would like to tell you that according to latest guidelines by NTA you have to atleast qualify NEET examination in order to take admission in MBBS even in abroad. You cannot take admission in MBBS now and give NEET in 2020. When you are done with your MBBS abroad you have to again give the examination conducted by MCI in order to practice your degree in India.
