Hi Aspirant,

For doing any course in distance mode then IGNOU is really a good choice. To get admission in IGNOU one need to pass the entrance exam conducted by them. IGNOU have centers generally in all districs of all states. So you can give entrance exam in your near by district. To get your state for your exam , you dont need to intimate university, you can do the same while filling out the form. Also you can do the whole course going out of state. Because as it is a distance learning course, you need to learn at home and only need to give exams at your near districs center, becauss IGNOU have centers in all districts of all states in India.

Hope this is helpful to clear your dilemma.
