    Hello,

    Yes, it's possible but tricky without 10th/12th in MH; owning flats and 5+ years of residence helps, but Maharashtra generally prefers 15 years or 10th/12th done in the state, so your property and 5 years might be strong factors for an "Exceptional Case" or if your parents are residents.
