Once you freeze options in round sof Josaa Counselling you are out of process and cannot participate in special rounds.
Those who have floated options are eligible for befter college or branch and can be eligible for special round counselling.

I didn't freeze the seat, it's still at float. Do I have to take admission in the institute and pay the fee or otherwise I'll lose this seat if I apply for special rounds?
