lf someone has registered in state quota for counselling in neet ug,will she be able to apply for registration in mcc for All india counselling.Please clarify

Hi aspirant,
Yes you would be definitely eligible to participate in the MCC all India counselling even if you have registered for any state counselling. Actually any candidate who has appeared for the neet examination and has cleared the cutoffs can participate in counselling irrespective of their ranks. However in case of state counselling one needs to be fulfill different sets of criteria as defined by the state authorities.
