Hi kunal,
I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like IPU with core branches.
As computer science or It branch is one of the most sought after branches so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
But you might get seat in electronics and communication branch during last round of councelling try your luck .
