My mothers name in 12th board is not matching with school's transfer certificate (basically name has Spelling mistake). My question is when ill take admission into any engineering college for btech do they reject me because of my mother's name? 2) do they check TC along with 10th &12th marksheet?

In the mean time you can prepare the legal affidavit in this matter with the help of a notary or lawyer mentioning these details.
