What are DTD and its types?
A document's tree structure and certain aspects of its data are described in a document type definition (DTD). It is a collection of markup assertions that define a particular kind of SGML family documents, such as GML, SGML, HTML, and XML. A DTD declaration in an XML document can either be inline or as an external recommendation.
