Dear aspirant, no any IIT is not going to take the result of JEE MAIN examination paper 2. It is organised only for admission for B.arch. programmes at nits and other colleges over India.
Also if you have a dream to study arch . In IITs then you need to qualify JEE ADVANCED and then give the AAT (Architechture Aptitude Test) for arch. In IIT Kgp and Roorkee.
