We now understand that dietary habits are a modifiable factor associated with psychological and brain health at all stages of life. We will look at how our everyday diets affect our psychological and brain health and the involvement of our immune response and the gut microbiome. The training would provide existing research, practical examples, developing skills, and collaboration on assessing dietary intake, developing strategies, and sharing resources for dietary change.
