Eligibility Criteria

Educational qualification

To gain admission to the Senior Management certification course, you must hold a Diploma (10+2+3) or Bachelor’s degree (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) or a two years Master’s degree, or equivalent. The diploma or degree can be in any discipline from a recognised institution.

Work Experience

You must also have a minimum of ten years of work experience after completing the qualifying education. However, you are eligible to apply for the Senior Management programme even if you are not employed currently, provided you meet the two above-mentioned requirements.

Certification qualifying details

Furthermore, you must clear the periodic evaluations built-in throughout the training. Here, the faculty will conduct the evaluation. If you meet the attendance requirements and pass the evaluation criteria, you will win the Senior Management certificate of successful completion from IIM Raipur.

If you only have the requisite attendance, you will secure a participation certificate.

1: What will be the class schedule for the Senior Management Programme?

The classes for the Senior Management Programme will be held on Sundays from 12:15 pm to 3:15 pm.

2: How is the Senior Management certification course delivered?

The training comprises online and on-campus learning. The last module of the course will take place offline, at the IIM Raipur campus, and will last six days.

3: What will be the certification criteria for the Senior Management programme?

You will be awarded a “Certificate of Completion” from IIM Raipur if you successfully meet the attendance and evaluation criteria. You will be awarded a “Certificate of Participation” from IIM Raipur if you clear the attendance criteria but cannot clear the evaluation criterion.

4: What will be the evaluation criteria for the course?

There will be periodic evaluation built-ins throughout the Senior Management certification. They will consist of quizzes, subjective and objective assignments, case studies, etc.
