The B Com program at MUJ is developed to address emerging market needs and ensure excellent job opportunities. It aims to provide the students with a wide range of skills and competence in a particular area of commerce. The three-year program equips students with the knowledge of accounting principles, export & import laws, economic policies, and other aspects that impact trade & business.
The program tries for excellence in commerce education and training for accounting, taxation, banking, changing socio-cultural aspirations, the IT revolution and globalization of economies.
Bachelors of Commerce also collaborates with CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) UK and ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) UK, which provide students various certificate courses that other universities do not offer.
Admissions are done on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and a personal interview (PI).
The Candidate Should Have Passed in Minimum 50% marks in 10+2 or its equivalent.
