VSSUT Sambalpur Admission Process

Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology (VSSUT), Sambalpur is offering numerous B.Tech. and M.Tech. programmes for aspiring young engineers. VSSUT Sambalpur admissions is based on the Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) and Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE-Main) examinations.

The teachers are very helpful and they will teach very nicely in understandable way. The semester exams are done strictly and the invigilators are also strict in exam hall. The pass percentage is 75%. The teachers behave friendly with students and help them to keep a good CGPA.

Can I get VSSUT BURLA COLLEGE with crl rank 2,08,000 and have home state quota and GREEEN card quota too. Gender:- Male Category:- OBC ( category rank 71000) I want EE/EEE/ETC Some say yes and some say no plz help

With a CRL rank of 2,08,000, OBC category rank of 71,000, and both Home State and Green Card quotas, your chances of getting EE, EEE, or ETC at VSSUT Burla are low but not entirely impossible.

In previous years, closing ranks for these branches under Home State quota have usually been below 1,35,000 in CRL. Your CRL rank is higher than this, so direct admission in the first few rounds is unlikely.

However, since you have Green Card and OBC reservation under the Odisha state quota, you may have a chance in later rounds or spot rounds, depending on seat vacancies and cut-off movement.

You should still apply and participate in all counseling rounds. Be prepared with documents and consider backup options in other state engineering colleges too.

Admission is uncertain for EE/EEE/ETC, but you can still try, especially in the final or spot rounds.

With a CRL rank of around 2,00,000 and OBC category rank of 71,000, getting admission to VSSUT Burla in the ETC (Electronics & Telecommunication) branch is unlikely. This college is highly competitive, and the cutoff ranks for ETC branch usually fall much lower than 2,00,000 in general or category ranks.

Having home state quota and green card quota may improve your chances slightly, but the rank is still quite high compared to typical cutoff trends for ETC branch at VSSUT Burla.

You may want to consider other colleges or branches with lower cutoff ranks or look for private institutions that have seats available at your rank range.
