The faculties of my department are highly qualified and have decades of teaching experience and are from IITs/IIMs the curriculum adds recent updates in industry and add them as a case study in class, along with that the curriculum is also industry driven

The placement of MBA department is average and it is around 6 LPA mostly the company of sales and marketing domain visits for placement and for the domain finance and operations are negligible, highest package was offered was 12 LPA

The program is value for money and provides 100% ROI, Per year it costs around 3 lacks including the tuition fee and hostel fee as well

It is a green campus with large area with availability of every facility. There are canteens and shops required for a student to survive. Campus is extremely large and spacious. Hostels are also spacious and large.

Academics specifically for MBA is average. Placements are also average. Teachers are well qualified but only for specific domains like finance. Other domains aren’t as great. Academics is cgpa wise as of now.

Placements are really poor. Companies only come for sales and marketing with very bad packages. Companies that even come for finance are eventually pushed for sales. Placements is only good for students who are look in for location in the north

In terms of ROI and brand value it’s a good value for money. Food and accommodation is being fulfilled in very less money. Academics are average overall. Thus, value for money is also average. Only worth it for brand value

Great people and campus life. Many fests are organised throughout the year. Celebrity night is the best event so far. Campus had dominoes. KFC etc and is open until late night. Students can access any of these until late night.

The college have every necessary infrastructure and facilities, and equipment, each and every class have smart board and wifi and libraries have all books and nice space, there is availability of sports space as well gym , badminton court basketball court etc The living soace is also clean

Im studying MBA there and the quality of teaching is decent and satisfactory The curriculum is updated and include all recent developments, and yes the curriculum is industry ready, but i believe that it can imporve more

In terms of placement I'll talk about our department only and that's not so good There is no 100% placements and hardly 50% get placement that too average package was 4.5 lpa, the highest package is offered was 12 lpa that too 3 years back

It cost 3 lakh per year fee , it doesn't feel like im getting my money's worth

The best feature of my college is the greenery and basic infrastructure facilities, and the worst feature is the mobility issue in a big campus , the location is safe also

The infrastructure at NIT Rourkela is really good. Classrooms and labs are well maintained, the library is huge, hostels are decent, the campus is full greenery creates great environment for learning.

Academics at NIT Rourkela are well structured. professors are knowledgeable, the syllabus is relevant, and there isa good balance between theory and practical learning. Regular exams, projects, and lab work help build strong fundamentals.

Placements for civil engineering at NIT Rourkela are good. Many students get job offers with decent packages. Top companies visit, and there are good internship opportunities too, especially for core roles, PSUs preparation, and higher studies support.

The laboratories has a wide range of books and journals available, which is available in both digital and physical mode. The The living spaces is clean and the food is hygienic.

I have opted for mechanical engineering. And this is because this branch has a huge opportunity for future studies and also in research field. The curriculum is not up to date and doesn't include recent developments.

The placement quality at my college is very good Almost all the students sitting for placement are getting placed. And the highest salary package was 33 lakhs The average salary offered was about thirteen lakhs.

The course fees for one year is about 120000. This is only tution fees. I do think that the money I have spent is worth it. This is because of placement statistics are very good. Also, the average package offered is decent.

our college is having a vast campus of 1200 acres , and 8 hostels (SD,GDB,DBA.MSS,SSB,KMS,KMS annexe,CVR) . out of this last 3 are girls hostel and SSB is married hall. rest are boys hostel. There is a central pure veg mess also where onion garlic are also not allowed

I am persuing Btech in Civil engineeering. The Curriculum is very strict and relevant to govt exams lke GATE,ESE etc. apart from that some extra skills like autocad,excel needed to be learned.At least a GPA 8.5 needed to be maintained

MY college last year had highest placement of 1.2 Cr from EI branch . average package of 14 LPA and median 12 LPA . Software and IT fields offer a bit higher paying jobs as compared to core companies.

Our college fee structure is almost 1,11,500 per semester .But if you belong to sc/st category or low income group (below 1 lakh) then tuition fee of 62500 is exempted and only you have to pay 49000.

Campus life is very good. We are having 4 societies and 70 clubs almost. We have mainly fests in a year they are cosmo(cultural fest),innovision(tech fest),Vriddhi(sports fest),Nitrutsav(cultural fest)

Overall the college is very good, but new students are advised to keep cycle with them to cover the huge distances quickly.Apart from that there is no ragging at all ,seniors are friendly and cooperative.
