AIMA Centre for Management Education Delhi is an accredited centre for management education which was set up in year 1957 under the All India Management Association (AIMA). Situated in the capital of India, New Delhi this institute is an autonomous body affiliated to the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Government of India. AIMA CME has a diverse selection of postgraduate and doctoral management education degrees and diplomas, such as the PGDM, PGD-Information Technology Management and Ph.D, Business Organization & Management. The AIMA Centre for Management Education has modern facilities that will in one way or the other improve the outcomes of students learning. AIMA Centre for Management Education, Delhi has total of three courses at postgraduate and at doctorate level. The main course of study is PGDM, and the intake capacity of this programme is a relatively high 3,750. Another course is the Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology Management for which 100 seats are provided. For the research inclined the Ph.D. in Business Administration is available. All these programmes are full time and takes a period of two years for both postgraduate diplomas, four years for the masters degrees and six years for doctorate. This is because the institute aims at offering various specialised programmes in management and IT systems that will help the students meet every changing business scenario.

The process of admission at AIMA Centre for Management Education is structured in such a way to attract the best talents. The list of selected candidates for the PGDM and PGD Information Technology Management programme is prepared based on a personal interview conducted by AIMA. The Ph.D. programme admission is relatively more competitive in the sense that apart from interviews and tests, the candidate is supposed to write the Research Management Aptitude Test (R-MAT) that is conducted twice a year in May and December.
