The minimum eligibility criteria to get admission in the college is that the candidate must have passed their 10+2 with physics chemistry and mathematics are compulsory subjects, with at least 45% marks.
Candidates who have passed their diploma in Engineering and Technology with at least 45% marks are also eligible for admission in the college, so if you want lateral entry admission after completing your diploma in Engineering then you are eligible to take admission in the college.

University College of Engineering, Tindivanam is a government engineering college affiliated by Anna University, Chennai . For admission one need to apply for Tamilnadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) and there are no entrance examination for TNEA. The placements are average for the college and the placements percentage for core courses such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering etc have placements in the range 20-30%.
