Usually, the portal gives categories like Postgraduate in Science or specific subjects such as BSc in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics, and for PG courses, it might just show Postgraduate Degree.In your case, choose the postgraduate degree option that best matches your MSc specialisation. If your field is completely missing, you can temporarily select the next closest qualification for example, M.Tech if it’s engineering-related, or B.Sc. + PG for science streams just to proceed with form filling.
However, it’s crucial to immediately raise a email the PGECET helpdesk explaining the issue attach your MSc marksheet and degree scan so they can update your data before document verification.
