The Role of Antifungal Stewardship training is a three-week online course. This course syllabus was offered and delivered through the British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy and offered through the FutureLearn platform. This course was explained by Riina Richardson and Stephen Hopping.
Every year, millions of people worldwide are affected by fungal diseases. Antifungal stewardship ensures that antifungal agents are prescribed correctly in order to achieve the best possible patient outcome.
This course will investigate the advantages of antifungal stewardship through case studies of successful strategies. You will learn about basic mycology and common fungal diseases, as well as how to treat fungal diseases such as candidemia. The Role of Antifungal Stewardship certification fee is determined by the candidates' preferred learning methods. The limited access option grants you access to the course for a set period of time but does not grant you a certificate. The course subscription and buy-out options, on the other hand, offer self-paced mode, unlimited access to the course, and access to other 1000+ courses are all included. The only difference is that the buy-out option comes with both a printed and a digital completion certificate, whereas the subscribed mode only comes with a digital completion certificate. - Completion of the British Society for Antimicrobial Chemotherapy's The Role of Antifungal Stewardship certification by the FutureLearn platform. In order to receive the certificate, students must attend and successfully complete 90% of the course steps as well as all assessments.
