One can apply for Mukhyamantri Abhudaya Yojana for coaching only if he/she is a resident of Bihar and is eligible for the competitive examination for which he/she wants to avail free coaching under the scheme.

Since, you have mentioned that you have completed your 12th standard and want to seek coaching under the scheme for UPPSC, you cannot apply for the free coaching as you are eligible for UPPSC. One has to possess a bachelor’s degree to be eligible for the UPPSC examination. You can avail the free coaching for UPPSC under the scheme after you have completed your bachelor's degree.

B.Sc Radiology is a 3-years undergraduate course in the field of medicine.

Students who want to pursue this course must have passed their 12th standard from a recognised board in the science stream and with a minimum score of 50% or as stated with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects.
