As the qualifying percentile to become eligible for JEE Advanced this year is 79.6757881 for OBC category so according to this you are not eligible.

For IIIT Bangalore to get admission into Integrated M.Tech CSE branch the last year cut off was 9545 and for Integrated M.tech ECE was 13669. From this year IIIT Bangalore also offers B.tech program with CSE ,ECE and AI branch registration process is ongoing you can apply.

As per the last year score the chances would be tough for the same, though you can still try for it. Would suggest you to participate from JOSAA counselling.Also there is a good chance in Civil branch in Institute of Infrastructure Technology Research and Management, Ahmedabad .

With 7 lakh JEE Main rank it is a bit difficult to get admission you can try to get a better rank in MHT CET exam and get admission into Pune college through that only.

To get admission into IIT Madras it it compulsorily to write JEE Advanced exam . For this year to become eligible to write JEE advanced exam the qualifying percentile is 60.0923182 in JEE Main exam so according to that you are eligible to give the exam.

Yes at this score govt colleges will be tough to get but still you can go for private colleges.
