One needs to have passed Bachelor's Degree with 50% in any discipline from a recognized university. However, there's relaxation for reserved category,Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disability (PWD), should secure minimum 45 percentage regarding this. There's no age limit in terms of appearing for CAT.

Students from NIOS too are eligible to apply for NEET, provided they fulfill the following Eligibility Criteria
Having passed 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology. Those with Biology as an additional subject in Class 12 are also eligible. Even, appearing ones in 12th Standard can apply.
Candidates must have scored minimum marks as mentioned below in each subject and in aggregate.
There's no upper age limit for NEET, this means there's no restriction in terms of appearing for exam as well.
Candidates who have completed Class 11 and Class 12 from open school are also eligible.
Maths was compulsory for the exam in past but nowadays it has not necessary. But I'll suggest to have knowledge of maths atleast of 12th level as you may need that during course.

As you have entered wrong category during form filling so in this case JEE mains will allow you to correct that during correction period but the amount you paid will not be refunded as you are an obc candidate.

You are not eligible for CDS even in OTA as your age is more than what is needed. For OTA official eligibility was one should not born prior to January 5 1995 for 2019. So you are surely not eligible for CDS 2020
