I am a girl and belong to general category . my CRL is 312645 and I got 78.92 percentile in JEE Main 2024 . My domicile is of Uttarakhand . Can I get CSE in BTKIT dwarhat college ??

Hritik.maheshwari 29th Apr, 2024

Chances for CSE Branch in Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology, Dwarahat will be tough. You can try for other branches in the same college as you do have a chance to get a seat in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, e.t.c. But for the same branch you can go for other colleges like: Birla Institute of Applied Sciences, Nainital , where you do have a chance to get a seat.

To know more you can check our college predictor tool.

Thanks

What should I choose lower nit(average IIIT) with top branch or top nit with very lower branch

Tanya Gupta 29th Apr, 2024

Hello,

If your priority is to pursue a career in a specific field and you're passionate about that discipline, it might be beneficial to choose the top branch even if it's at a lower-ranking institution. However, if you're flexible about your specialization and value the overall reputation and resources of the institution, opting for the higher-ranked NIT might be a better choice, even if it means settling for a lower-preferred branch. Consider weighing these factors carefully and consult with mentors or professionals in your desired field for personalized advice.

hope this helps,

Thank you
