No, you can't fill in choices for DTU through JoSAA website. Admission to DTU is conducted by JAC Delhi. You have to apply seperately for that, through their website. it will be starting on or after June 15th. Through that, you can fill in choices for DTU, IIIT-D, IGDTUW and NSIT.
