The quality of placements at my college, Delhi Technological University (DTU), has been consistently strong over the years. The university attracts a wide range of reputed companies from various sectors including engineering, consulting, IT, and core industries, providing students with diverse career opportunities. A significant percentage of students get placed every year, especially in branches like Computer Engineering, IT, and other circuit branches where the placement rate is very high, often above 85–90%. For core branches like Chemical Engineering, the placement percentage is slightly lower but still decent, with many students securing roles in both core companies and non-core sectors such as analytics, consulting, and IT. The highest salary package offered usually goes to students from Computer Engineering or IT branches, sometimes exceeding ₹1 crore per annum in international offers, while domestic packages can go above ₹50 lakh per annum. For Chemical Engineering and similar branches, the packages are comparatively moderate but still respectable. If you have a domicile of Delhi or studied 11th and 12th from Delhi, then yes, your kid has chances to get admission through JAC Delhi .
Go for DTU CSE or IIIT Delhi instead of selecting Lucknow. DTU and IIIT Delhi have good placements, and it is better for
