Can you tell me that a student get mbbs seat in round 2 counselling in IP UNIVERSITY is still have a chance for upgradation????

Hello,
What do you mean by upgradation? Applying for next counseling.
If yes then,if you have confirmed your seat in alloted college then you don't have any chances of getting a seat.
If you haven't confirmed your seat then,u have chances for applying in next round.
