No, you do not need to show your domicile certificate if you're seeking admission in a state other than the State where your domicile lies. The domicile certificate will be necessary only where you are availing the benefit due to your domicile or claiming a seat reserved for a state's domicile students. For admission in any other NLU where your domicile doesn't lie you will not be required to produce your domicile certificate. You need to keep these certificates in hand.
