NLU Jodhpur PhD Law Admission Process

• Candidates seeking NLU Jodhpur Ph.D admissions must ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria. 

• Eligible candidates have to apply for admission by filling out the National Law University Jodhpur application form.

• Applicants seeking Ph.D admissions have to appear for the entrance examination conducted by the university. Candidates with a fellowship/ scholarship in UGC-JRF and a valid NET score are exempted from the entrance examination. JRF-qualified candidates are selected based on the research proposal and an interview/viva voce.

• The shortlisted candidates are required to appear for an interview/viva voce for final admissions. 

• Candidates are shortlisted based on their performance in the test and interview. NLU Jodhpur merit list is released for the selected candidates.

• The selection of the candidates is based on an entrance test (70% weightage), research and interview/viva voce (30%). For JRF/ NET qualified candidates, selection will be based on research proposal (50% weightage) and interview/viva voce (50% weightage).
