See, at present it is very diffcult to tell whether you will get SPA Vijayawada or not since the cutoffs and counselling has not yet started.
However, as per previous trends it seems a bit diffcult for you to get a seat in SPA Vijayawada.

CRL Cutoff - 1275.

The cutoff of SPA Bhopal is as follows(For SC Merit list) in 2018 was
