About SPA Delhi
School of Planning and Architecture Delhi (also known as SPA Delhi) was established in 1941. SPA Delhi is ‘Institution of National Importance’ imparting education in Architecture, Planning, and Design. It was founded as the Department of Architecture of Delhi Polytechnic. Later, it became associated with the University of Delhi, and today SPA Delhi is regarded as one of the best institutes in the country.
SPA Delhi campus size is 9 acres. SPA Delhi received the designation "Deemed to be a University" in 1979 by the Government of India. College Infrastructure
The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.
