School of Planning and Architecture Delhi releases a fresh cutoff every year. SPA cutoff is the minimum mark required by the candidate for admission to the university. SPA Delhi JEE Main cutoff is released in the form of opening and closing ranks. The cutoff of School of Planning and Architecture varies from one category to another.
Difficulty level - The complexity of the JEE Main entrance test is believed to be one of the primary points in the determination of the cut-off. If the paper is simple, a high cut-off is required and vice versa.
Total number of applicants - The JEE-Main cut-off is also determined by the students to appear for the entrance exam.
Availability of seats - The cut-off is also focused on the number of seats. If the seats are higher, the cut-off will be low, whereas the JEE Main cut-off is higher for a smaller number of seats.

The JEE Main Cutoff study shows changing trends and overages. The output could well mean how these days students are successful in acquiring software as career opportunities for the job and also a successful career ahead of them.
The infrastructure of the college is average. The chairs and tables are very old and some of them are broken. The lighting in the classroom is good. The window air-conditioners are also old they just blow air, as long as someone is near to air-conditioner, they will feel it. Else for the size of the classroom, the air-conditioners are not that powerful. The projector is good. Wi-Fi signals are not strong but it works and many useful sites are blocked. There is always construction going on so it's always dusty and loud. The canteens are average to good and prices are high. There is no international food chain company like Dominos, KFC, etc.
There were many Wi-Fi routers available in our college. Best labs and best smart classrooms are provided. There are three libraries available in our college. Even the best facilities are provided for sports. Occasionally every year, many games are organised for students. Our college is the best.
The facilities and the infrastructure available to us on our campus are amazing, as they provide us with 24*7 Wi-Fi and electricity, and only this means that our entire college is equipped with cameras, therefore making campus life safe for girls and making it a safe place.
Hi
hope you doing well
Based on your Jee score of 98.64 percentile your estimated rank would likely be around 1,500 to 2,000. Since you're in the ST category, you may have a better chance of securing admission at institutions with lower cutoffs for that category.
The School of Planning and Architecture (SPA) Delhi has had varying cutoffs over the years. Generally, the cutoff for the ST category tends to be lower than for the general category, but specific cutoffs can change annually based on the number of applicants and their performance.
The ST category cutoffs for SPA Delhi for architecture have been around 2,000 to 3,000 ranks, but it can vary.
Follow the official SPA Delhi admissions website or the JOSAA website for real-time updates on seat availability and cutoffs.
Best Wishes.
Hi, Siya
hope you doing well
While having a score of 99.04 percentile in JEE Paper 2A (B.Arch), you have a very strong chance of getting admission to SPA Delhi. However, admissions to Schools of Planning and Architecture (SPAs), including SPA Delhi, depend on various factors:
SPA Delhi has different cutoffs for General, OBC, SC, ST, and EWS categories.
SPAs don't have home state quotas, as they are national institutions. Hence, your admission is purely based on your JEE Paper 2 rank and category.
SPAs don't have home state quotas, as they are national institutions. Hence, your admission is purely based on your JEE Paper 2 rank and category.
If you belong to the General category , you should stand a decent chance, though admission is competitive. For reserved categories, the chances improve further.
