• Cutoff of SPA Delhi 2025 has been released in 6 rounds for BArch and BPlan by JOSAA.
• SPA Delhi JEE Main cutoff 2025 is 158 for BArch and 133 in BPlan in round 1 for general category students. 
• In round 1, the JEE Main cutoff is 158, and in round 2 is 183. In rounds 3 and 4, the cutoffs are 185 and 186, respectively. In round 5, the BArch cutoff is 191, while the round 6 cutoff is 207 for general category students as per SPA Delhi BArch Cut off 2025. 
• BPlan cutoff for SPA Delhi 2025: For general category students, the round 1 cutoff for BPlan is 133. Round 2 cutoff is 167, and round 3 cutoff is 169. Round 4, 5, and 6 cutoffs are 182, 209 and 233, respectively.
• School of Planning and Architecture Delhi Cut off 2025 for CSAB and DASA is also out. BArch cutoff is 261, and BPlan cutoff is 625 for All India open category students.  
• SPA Delhi Category-Wise Cutoff 2025: In the first round, for the open category, the BArch cutoff is 158, while for OBC-NCL students, the cutoff is 159. For SC and ST students, is 79 and 43, respectively, for BArch courses. B.Plan cutoff is 133 for the open category, 147 for EWS, 106 for OBC, 86 for SC and 23 for ST students.

In the first round, the BArch cutoff of SPA Delhi is 158, while in the last round, it's 207 for open category students. For OBC students, JEE Main cutoff for BArch is 159 in the first round and 229 in the last round. For the BPlan programme, the first round cutoff is 133, while in the last round, the cutoff is 233. This year, CSAB and DASA have integrated and released a combined cutoff. • Difficulty level - The complexity of the JEE Main entrance test is believed to be one of the primary points in the determination of the cut-off. If the paper is simple, a high cut-off is required and vice versa.
