I did B.tech from MIT,MANIPAL. At present working at KPIT ,BANGALORE.Tell me is it advisable to do MBA in B2 management college (If I don't get seat in iim) OR to continue in KPIT.?

hi,
see its totally depends on you how much salary you do expect after the mba courses. b category type colleges have no placement record like iims, so you can not expect a tier 2 colleges can have same type of placement like iims. however there is many more colleges available beside iims like sp jain, JBIMS, indian institute of foreign trade etc. which have excellent placement record.
