I get rajkiya engineering college sonbhadra in first round of upsee councelling in open rank but I belongs to armed force quota but they do

As you have not applied for armed quota in first round . But there is no chance to change your cayegory. Now you can applied for armed quota. You should take this college or you can go till last round of counselling.  process of choice filling will be conducted through online mode.
