I got around 3 lakh (AIR) rank in jee mains and around 18709 (AIR) rank under ST reservation . Am I qualified for advanced ?

JEE Main 2019 qualified cutoff is 44.3345172 as ST category. Based on this rank the chances are less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs however you can check your admission possibilities in state level counselling with JEE Main College Predictor tool.
