Jee mains cutoff for iisc..and eligiblity to appear in jee main , seats available
Securing a seat at IISc through JEE Main is extremely difficult as only top ranking candidates are considered for its limited seats in the B.Sc Research program.
But dont worry if your rank is below 1000 in jee mains you will easily get seat at IISC.
now coming to JEE Main eligibility you must have passed your 12th-grade examination with PCM and appear for the exam within a three year period following your 12th grade.
GOOD LUCK!!
What is the marks needed in jee mains to get a seat of aeronautical engineering in IISC
IISc Bangalore does not offer a B.Tech or undergraduate program in Aeronautical Engineering through JEE Main. IISc offers a B.Sc (Research) program for undergraduate students, and admission to this is possible through JEE Advanced, not JEE Main.
For M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering at IISc, admission is through GATE, not JEE.
If you are interested in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering at the undergraduate level, you should target IITs like IIT Bombay, Kanpur, Kharagpur, or Madras. These branches usually require a rank within 1500 to 3000 in JEE Advanced for general category students. JEE Main is only used as a qualifier for JEE Advanced in this path.
