I have done BBA from two different university amity and Kalinga university from second year I transfer to Kalinga university

No, as french is mainly an optional subject so it is not necessary you will get this subject in your MBA also. Not all college provide french classes, these language subjects are usually get added in some big and private universities. So be carefree about it
