Though you have not qualified JEE MAINS, you will still be eligible to take admission in RTU by writing the following exam:
Exam/Recruitment Name: RAJASTHAN TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY.
But my suggestion is that you do proper research about any university before you take the admission.
