RTU Kota Placements 2025: Highest Package, Average Package, Top Recruiters

RTU placement cell helps the students to get their dream job in reputed companies by the end of their specific programme. According to NIRF 2025 data, a total of 299 out of 454 graduating students received RTU placement offers in 2024. 

• Placement statisticsof RTU  - According to NIRF 2025, there are a total of 291 UG students and 8 PG students were placed. 
• RTU placement package - RTU median package of Rs 5.24 lakhs per annum was offered to UG students in 2024. 
• The median package at RTU Kota offered to PG students was Rs 3.90 lakhs per annum.

• The RTU placement cell sends invites to the top companies from various industries for the RTU placement drive.

• The invitation is accepted by several recruiters as they confirm their participation in the RTU placement drive.

• Candidates interested in participating in the recruitment drive need to register for the RTU Kota placement process and submit the required documents to be used during the recruitment process. 

• On the dates decided by the recruiters and the placement cell, companies visit the campus and conduct a pre-placement discussion to make students aware of the company and the company’s requirements.

• In order to get selected, students must qualify for different written exams, personal interviews and HR interviews conducted by recruiters. 

• Finally, applicants who qualify for all the selection tests, Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) are chosen and offered jobs.

Note: RTU Kota Training and Placement Cell also provides placement training to the students. As per the B.Tech curriculum, all students are required to undertake mandatory practical training.
