RTU Kota B.Arch. Admission Process:
RTU Kota admission to B.Arch. the course is provided on the basis of the score obtained in the National level examination JEE Main or NATA. The RTU admission will be provided giving equal weightage to both the Class 12th score and marks obtained in the entrance examination. Check below the steps of RTU B.Arch. admission:

There will be three rounds for seat allocation process by Rajasthan Technical University, Kota. Students can check about seat allocation procedure below:
Round 1: In this round, seats will be allotted to all registered candidates based on their choices and merit list criteria. Aspirants are advised to visit the allocated college and complete the document verification and fees submission procedure.
Round 2: The second round is the upward movement round, where a candidate is essentially required to submit his/her consent online for the upward movement against the allotted seat in the first round. The candidates who do not report in the allotted institute after allotment of seat are nor eligible for “Upward movement”
Round 3: This is the special round in which admission would be offered for vacant/ available seats. The number of vacant seats are available on the CAM website. Any interested/new candidate may register for this round by paying Rs. 3000/- (Rs. 1500/- for SC/ST) as registration fee. Shortlisted candidates are required to report to the allotted institute for document verification and college fee submission.

The passing marks in RTU varies from course to course. For BTech the maximum marks will be 36 & 48 instead of 60 and 80 and minimum marks shall be 11 and 15 instead of 18 and 24 respectively.

Civil engineering is depend on students intrest and some professor are really good and some are fantastic civil engineering some Improvement and the reality subjects are very interesting there is seperate department for it
I'm currently persuing civil engineering 3rd, from Rajasthan technical University, kota. I love my college, for its infrastructure, its skilled professors and a well mentioned studies. In every 1-2 years, our course get updated according to new research and some addition and subtraction in course is done accordingly. However there may be slight chances for the cut offs to be varied depending upon certain factors such as number of candidates appearing in the examination, previous year cutoffs and difficulty level of the paper,number of seats available in the college.
If you can also try for lower level NITs like Meghalaya, Mizoram, Srinagar , Agartala.

As you didn't mention your category i would considering you as a general category candidate so let me tell you that the cut off for the general category candidate was around 89 percentile and the rank would be around 1.4L.
For OBC category candidate the cut off was around 75 percentile. But these were the previous year trends. However various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper .
