• Aspirants must check the RTU Kota M.Tech/M.Arch eligibility criteria.

RTU Kota PhD Admission Process 2026

• Candidates need to check the eligibility criteria for Ph.D. programme prescribed by RTU

• Aspirants need to register themselves on the official website in order to appear in RTU-DAT (Doctoral Admission Test)

• The RTU-DAT will be conducted in order to shortlist the candidates for the Ph.D. course.

• Candidates who qualified the written test are required to appear in the interview round.

• A merit list of shortlisted candidates (based on the performance in both the written test and interview round) will be released.

• The shortlisted need to present their documents for verification and pay the requisite course fees.

• Thus, the final RTU Kota  admission of the candidates to the Ph.D programme will be based on the merit of the qualifying exam, participation in the document verification and pay the necessary fees.

RTU Kota Seat Allocation Process 2026

There will be three rounds for the seat allocation process by RTU Kota. Students can check about seat allocation procedure below:

• Round 1: In this round, seats will be allotted to all registered candidates based on their choices and merit list criteria.  Aspirants are advised to visit the allocated college and complete the document verification and fees submission procedure. 

• Round 2: The second round is the upward movement round, where a candidate is essentially required to submit his/her consent online for the upward movement against the allotted seat in the first round. The candidates who do not report in the allotted institute after allotment of seat are nor eligible  for “Upward movement”

• Round 3: This is the special round in which admission would be offered for vacant/ available seats. The number of vacant seats are available on the CAM website. Any interested/new candidate may register for this round by paying Rs. 3000/- (Rs. 1500/- for SC/ST) as registration fee. Shortlisted candidates are required to report to the allotted institute for document verification and college fee submission.  

• Printout of provisional seat allotment letter taken from the RMAP web portal. Candidates should paste their recent colour photographs on the Application cum Registration form with one additional coloured photograph with them.

• Aadhar Card.

• Class 10 Mark sheet/ Certificate as proof of date of birth.

• Class 10+2 Mark sheet or Diploma.

• Valid CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/GMAT/ATMA score card

• Category Certificate

Note: The candidates having state domicile certificate of Rajasthan will be given first priority during Rajasthan Technical University admission. The Rajasthan Technical University admission process is complete after verification of documents.
