I pass out of cbse in 2018. Can I apply for admission in dtu. But I didn't gave jee exam?

No without JEE mains you can't be able to take admission in DTU because for entering in Delhi Technical University you need to score atleast of 170+ marks in Mains for the same landing in your favourite branch.

In order to get admission in DTU, you should have minimum 60% in class 12th to apply.The admission is through JAC Delhi counselling based on JEE Main score.
Without giving JEE Main you can't take admission in DTU.
