It will be quite difficult for you to get admission in govt. Medical colleges in Kerala at this score. According to the last year cut off a general category candidate require minimum 550 Marks to get admission in govt colleges. The cut off changes every year based on the no. Of seats in the college, no. Of candidates applied and difficulty level of the exam etc.
So, wait for the cut off to be released and hope for the best.
