Hii ishrar,
If you need to take admission after 10+2, you have to give JEE mains as admissions are based on JEE mains score.
However Admission through lateral entry in 2nd year of degree programme is on the basis of merit of PULEET, entrance test conducted by Panjab University, Chandigarh.
