All you can do is contact exam committee
Otherwise I think it will not create such a big problem at the time of exam but will create problem at the time of counseling .
So you should contact JEE mains coordinator and ask them for the solution.

You did really a big mistake. Anyway don't worry contact NTA as soon as possible. Without contacting them changes can't be made.
