I hope you are doing good . I would glad to tell you that at your percentile you holds very high chances of getting admission in manipal insitute of technology. From recent year cut off generally goes around 95percentile in last rounds but you will get seat in first round only without you obc category  But try to secure fees at the time of counsellingn asap by depositing the fees

Yes, Manipal University is Good for architecture. Manipal Institute of Technology conduct its own Entrance exam for Manipal school of architecture and planning . Manipal university take admission by MU-OET rank if some seats are left then they can take admission through JEE Mains. But there is very less chance to get in Manipal through JEE Mains. JEE Mains marks are consider in 5th or 6th round of counselling, if some seat are still left.  You need to score at least 150 marks to get seat in Manipal Institute of Technology through B.arch.
