Please help me my wbjee rank gmr rank 41869 and my category OBC B rank 3689 so I get architecture engineering in jadavpur university and how much free

With a GMR 41869 and OBC-B rank 3689, admission to Architecture at Jadavpur University is quite difficult. JU cutoffs for B.Arch are usually very high, often closing within a few thousand ranks overall, and most seats go to top rankers. As for fees, JU is a government university, so it’s very affordable—around 2,500–5,000 per year, much cheaper than private colleges. You may get Architecture in some private or state colleges, but chances at JU with your rank are very low.

I have interest in architecture but parent are recommending me doing engineering (due to low wages in arch). so,Im planning to do civil engineering and then masters in architecture abroad.Is there will be difference between civil-architecture and arch-arch? do you recommend?pros and cons? worth it?

Here's the information about Architecture course:
- Eligibility criteria: Qualification completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects with minimum 50% marks. Age limit is minimum 17 and upper age limit is generally not fixed, that varies by college.

- Entrance Exam: NATA & JEE Mains are both main national level entrance exam that are expected by most of colleges for admission. There are some State exam like MHT-CET, UPSEE and many more that are also accepted by colleges.

- Fee Structure: for government colleges its between 1,00,000 to 2,50,000 per year & for private colleges it's between 3,00,000 to 10,00,000. Fees can also vary based on college, state, facilities, and even quota

My state merit rank is 1182 , will i get admission in BNCA Architecture?

With a state merit rank of 1182, your chances for B.N. College of Architecture (BNCA), Pune are quite good, since BNCA usually closes admission for general category around 2000–2200 ranks in state merit through CAP rounds. If you belong to a reserved category, your chances are even stronger. However, competition is higher for the aided division, so you may get a seat in the unaided (self-financed) division more easily.

Did kcet kea has released any seperate ranking for architecture students?

good afternoon. yes, KCET does release a separate rank list for architecture aspirants, but it's not based on KCET exam scores. Instead, your architecture rank is determined by your NATA score (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and qualifying marks in 12th standard.

KCET itself does not conduct a separate architecture entrance te

Yep, KEA/KCET does publish a separate rank list for architecture aspirants, but it’s not based on your KCET score. Instead, they calculate an architecture rank using a mix of your NATA score (50%) and your Class 12 marks (50%)—nothing to do with the CET exam. That ranking is then used strictly for B.Arch admissions. So don’t expect your KCET rank to apply if you’re targeting architecture.
