- OBC Delhi region: 100-475 marks for BUMS course.
- OBC Outside Delhi: 117-459 marks for BUMS

- OBC outside delhi: 96-531 for BAMS
Given your friend's marks, he would qualify for counselling in the college, but admission would solely depend on where he stands amongst the applicant pool. According to me, he should be able to get into a course at this college with the reservation.
