My score is 91 and rank is 2848 I belong to bc.d can I get seat in Jntu or nizam or ou college for womens?

Thanku madam,But according to tsicet lastrank 2018 ,cutoff of the colleges which I mentioned is very Low. Can I Expect Seat in these colleges?
