Osmania University, Hyderabad doesn't provide this course. It only offers B.Sc degrees and Master's degrees in subjects like Forensic Physics, Astronomy, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Chemistry, etc.

Annual fees for M.Sc. Forensic Science is INR 26k.

Osmania University is a public state university found in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

The institute was established by and named after Mir Osman Ali Khan who was Nizam of Hyderabad.

It is the third senior institute in south India.

I don't think any university/college will allow you to start your course from the third year after having a gap of nearly 10 years. You cannot as such directly enroll on the course as such, be it B.SC IT or any other relevant program. You need to start your course from the beginning and fulfil the curriculum requirement. Certain universities also have set bars and limits for the completion of the degree in a specific duration. So, you need to start your program from the first year itself.

So, this year cut-offs may increase or decrease or remain same. You have not mentioned your Caste Category, so I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it. So, based on previous year's cut-offs it is difficult to get Computer Science Engineering branch in Osmania University, Hyderabad for your TS EAMCET rank. So, you can try for some other College.

As per your mentioned rank and catagory it seems difficult for you to secure a seat in Vardhman college of engineering as in year 2021 the cutoff for your catagory was 14607 in IT. However you may get IT branch in some other colleges with this rank, I have mentioned few of them here -

As per your rank you are not eligible for free seat. And if we talk about previous year cutoff (2021) for cbit then below mentioned are the only two streams matches with your rank.
