could i get a seat in osmania University after getting scored 597
You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 597 marks you hold a good chance to get into OSMANIA MEDICAL COLLEGE, HYDERABAD
In neet 2019, 592 marks for general category was the lowest marks to get government quota seat in OSMANIA MEDICAL COLLEGE, HYDERABAD under Telangana state quota

how much rank did an st student have to score to get admission in ou
Which are the possible colleges I can get into with a neet 2020 score of 474 in Telangana, considering Im local (OU quota) and belongs to the general category and EWS ?
With a score of 474, your rank might be approximately between 65801-73197. This is an expected rank range: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank . In 2019, under State Quota, 508 marks secured a seat in RAJIV INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE, ADILABAD . That was the cut off for EWS Category. So a seat in MBBS wit 474 are a tad difficult with this score. Now this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. There are chances to get into osmania University. You can give it a try. If you belong to SC or st the chances of getting a seat is more favourable. You need to be careful while choosing the branch. Wish you good luck.
got 531 in neet 2020 will i get mbbs seat ( private A or govt seat ) in telangana and local status is ou region and bcd reservation (female)
The cut-off changes every year. It depends upon several factors such as the exam difficulty level, the number of students qualified, the number of students appeared, the highest score, whether you belong to any category or not. It's difficult to tell about admission possibilities. The cut-off varies from state to state. It also differs from state quota to all india quota.
However, based on last year's cutoff, I think you should get few colleges like
1.Ayan institute of medical sciences, for government seats last year cutoff was 436.
2. Bhaskar Medical College, for government seats last year cutoff was 505
3.C Ananda Rao Institute of Medical Sciences, for government seats Last year cutoff was 502
4. Deccan College of Medical Sciences, for government seats last year cutoff was 492.
You can check the NEET college predictor tools, to get an idea which government or private medical college you might get this year.
Hope this helps!

I got 567 in NEET(2020) .Can i get AIIMS in any institute or any government college like OSMANIA UNIVERSITY.I belong SC category?
Hi Aspirant !!!
This year 2020 is the first time when AIIMS is included in NEET. Previously AIIMS cutoffs were to be shown in percentiles. This is the first time when marks will be shown in all the cutoffs of AIIMS.
Because of the easy paper (acc. to the sources), there is a possibility that this year's cutoff will be high. And with 567 marks there is a good possibility of you getting a govt. medical college.
