Should I join PICT,Pune rather than NIT with low branch with JEE main rank in CS?

Dear Divyam,
If you are stern about Computer Science Engineering, then you should go for PICT, Pune.
But if you are getting ECE or IT in NITs, you should give them a try.
They are also equally important .
