MIT Pune is better that PICT, Symbiosis, and Bharti Vidyapeeth for B.tech.
Around 150 Companies visit this campus for placements. Academics is according to Industry standards and Faculty is also very experienced. There is strict discipline related to attendance and uniform. You need to maintain 75% attendance and there
Both colleges are affiliated to University of Pune. So academics are more or less the same. MIT Pune however is slightly more linient in the above matters. Extracurricular activities in MIT Pune suck and are discouraged by most faculty members but the situation is still far better than PICT.

From my research my personal advice is to go for MIT pune, not only that it is well reputed college but also very good in all aspects.
Both these are good colleges with equal amount of placement opportunities its just there is some basic difference which is-

According to previous year cutoff score you have to score around 175+ to get a seat in Pune institute of computer technology, Pune, sometimes it does go to 170 -165 but less than that can't get you a seat in PICT, Pune computer

Cut off for mht cet has been 2408 (98.2502418) 1686 (98.7613071) and jee mains has been 1309 (95.3917305) for electronics and telecommunication academic year 2020-21

The college has all the necessary infrastructure including well equipped wifi classes,ac facility,computer labs,library access,seminar halls for events and other activites and a big campus to accomodate students
PICT has an excellent infrastructure with clean classrooms,well equipped labs,Wi-fi facility,good library,seminar halls and facilitates that support academics and coding culture with student activites and events
Our college has necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. The area of our college is small but they have well maintained it. The college alsi has the wifi facility at each place for seamless connection. Food in the canteen is really very hygienic and the space is also very clean.
