Sir i have 94.3 percentile in jee main. I am obc male. And my home state is maharastra with my dad is in defence. Do i have chance of getting nit with CS/IT/ECE/MEC branches? Also should i fill JACDELHI with my mentioned braches?

A score of 94.3 percentile is a bit low of a score. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs would be tough to get into with this score.
However, since you belong to the OBC category, the chances of you getting into some very well reputed universities are a bit on the higher side. The courses you have mentioned such as computer science engineering or information technology or ece or mechanical are high demand courses. So I would say that you can apply to JACDELHI. But try applying to other colleges as well
